At Foundation of Warmth for Heroes & Wisdom, our mission is rooted in service, compassion, and community. Founded by Dr. Natasha Norris and Terry Norris, both retired United States Navy veterans, this organization was created from a deep understanding of sacrifice, resilience, and the importance of never leaving anyone behind.
Together, Natasha and Terry dedicated a combined 59 years of service to our country. Natasha proudly served 26 years in the United States Navy, while Terry served 33 years. Throughout their military careers, they witnessed firsthand the challenges many veterans face after service, including homelessness, isolation, and lack of support. They also recognized the growing needs of our elderly population, many of whom struggle silently during the harsh winter months.
Foundation of Warmth for Heroes & Wisdom was born from a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves warmth, dignity, and to feel seen.

Our campaign focuses on providing winter essentials, care packages, and resources to homeless veterans and elderly individuals during the coldest times of the year. From blankets and coats to hygiene items and wellness support, every initiative is driven by love, respect, and gratitude for those who have poured so much into others.
But our mission does not stop there.

As our organization grows, our vision is to expand our impact beyond seasonal giving by creating quarterly community outreach initiatives that provide ongoing support, resources, and acts of service to underserved individuals and families. We believe true impact happens through consistency, compassion, and collective action.
