Shipping Policy
Shipping
We ship our orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Products in stock are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. In most cases, orders will be received within 1-7 working days. If an item is back-ordered, the entire order will be processed and shipped once the back-ordered items are available. Customers will be notified of any back-ordered items.

Express Shipping is available upon request. Express shipping has a deadline of 12:00 p.m. Anything after 1200 will be shipped overnight service on the following day.
Insurance

Shipments are NOT insured unless you request it. If you would like insurance please make a note of it in the comment section during check-out and we will make sure you receive insurance and charge an additional fee of $1.00 and up (depending on shipment value). We will advise you via e-mail of the additional cost for insurance so you can authorize that charge on your credit card. We can not be responsible for uninsured shipments. We will do everything possible to locate your shipment but if USPS has lost or left your package in the mailbox and can't be located we can NOT reimburse the cost of the goods.
